Touched by Love

Mom - 'What about marriage?' 

Daughter - 'Whats the need for marriage? Can't you see how happy I am right now?'

Mom - 'That's not how life goes dear.. you're happy right now, but then many years down the line, you'll need someone to be there beside you..'

Daughter - 'Not really.. I really don't think I'll ever feel that way. I've had enough with this need of having someone beside me. It's not my destiny.'

Mom - 'Not all men are alike. There will definitely be someone out there who you'll be able to sync with..'

Daughter 

(to herself) - 'I already had that someone..but that's not possible. I failed to understand and also misinterpreted a few things , it's a signal that I ain't ready for this.'

(to mom) - 'Leave it mom...'

Mom - 'I'm not taking this from you anymore. You better let me know If I can go ahead with the man-hunting for you or are you already seeing someone..'

Daughter (to herself) - there she goes again... 

Mom - 'You can't do this your whole life.. and you know that too..'

Daughter - 'Nope! I know nothing - rather I'd like being an 'ignorant' when it comes to this!

Sometimes you've to wait - and this wait can be painful for everyone around you including yourself. Many a times, it's not the wait that is painful, its the impact that your decision of 'wait' takes on people around you. Love isn't something that can just un-happen. So what if it wasn't reciprocated? You can't just undo your feelings for the other person. It lingers around until your last breath. You can't get hold of another person and act as if you're in love. That's called fooling around which no one should be doing. Love is a precious word and should be respected. Waiting without Expectation is what love asks in return to bless you with its tremendous powers. 

She will Wait - not because she Expects something... but only because She is grateful that she was touched by Love!

He told Her : Sorry, I've to leave. I've my life waiting for me. How about your life?

She closed her eyes to hide her tears,
Remembered all the memories she shared with him,
Remembered how they both shared their pain and happiness and how she refused many other guys just to stay with him.

She kept the remains of her pride and collected her force,
Smiled and said : Sorry Sir, but do I know you?
