My grandfather once told me that there were two kinds of people: those who do the work and those who take the credit. He told me to try to be in the first group; there was much less competition. Indira Gandhi Now isn't that true? I had been in the first group for long until I realized that its time to be in both groups. I still deal with people who religiously follow the second category. They do no work, just boast and take all the credit... and oh my god, they boast with so much confidence! There was a time, when I thought they were just helping me, only to find out later that they were helping themselves by doing nothing but boasting! That makes me wonder..don't they feel guilty about it?.. don't they feel they should have given a helping hand... aahh what helping hand.. they are a part of the team and they should have put in equal efforts.
