Blackmail

This shouldn't affect us. If it does, something is definitely wrong with us.

You cannot should not stay in a relationship if the other person blackmails you emotionally or threatens to harm himself/herself physically. You fall for it - stay with the person just because of these reasons and lo behold.. your future is in mess, people around you are stressed, you both are stressed!

That's really bad, isn't it? Stop being selfish. If it's not working out, get to a counselor and try to work it out or simply move on. Why trouble the entire world with things just not required? Why force somebody to stay.. it doesn't work this way... will prove to be fatal in the long run. 

People like these get on my nerves. If grownups cannot handle their lives, does not mean they have the rights to destroy the lives of people around them - they need to consult and cure themselves - not bring the sky down seeking attention. Blackmailing, threatening self-harm... seriously guys, this is not the solution to troubles in life.

But the people who bring out the best in me are who fall for 'this stuff' - blackmail and threatening. Guys, you need to look out for signs - the moment you realize that you already have a messed relation - either try to sort it or just come out it. Don't drool over it and wait for things to come to you. Drooling over things for long gives rise to false expectations and hopes - yes, they do not exist henceforth. Watching the same person everyday who you know is going to disappear one day and still staying together does take a toll. Cut out of it instantly - hurts less.. or in some cases doesn't hurt at all. Stop hanging in between - its either this or that.

It's what you become - initially a weak person.. gradually a strong one and finally end up being intelligent!

PS: You may have different view - a pretty controversial topic and oh a sensitive one too, but this is my lookout - straight cut throat. :)
